Had an issue with the wrong light being sent, after several emails it was sorted and I git a full refund, can't fault the service.

Ordered a smoked rear high level brakelight, the light they sent wasn't even for my RS3, they like to take their time returning emails and when they do their asking me if I 10% refund and keep the light, why would I want something that's not even for my car???? They then offered me 60% refund, what do they not understand, I want a 100% refund, its clearly not as advertised, they eventually admitted that it wasn't for my car, just a warning to 100% make sure the put you order is for your car, if not its takes untold emails to get a refund.
