Order Cancellation

We accept cancellation requests as long as the order has not yet been shipped and has not entered individual production. If the order is successfully cancelled, you will receive a full refund. Once the order has been shipped or individual production has already begun, cancellation may no longer be guaranteed.

Requesting Withdrawal, Return, or Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, exercise your right of withdrawal, or request a return, you can do so via your customer account. Please log in using your email address and follow the instructions in the customer account.

Returns

We stand behind everything we sell and will do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction. Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of delivery of the last item in the order.

Return Process

  1. To request a return, cancellation, or withdrawal, please log in to your customer account and follow the instructions. Alternatively, you can contact us by email at Sale@carlightbulb.com.

  2. Once the return is confirmed, please place the item securely in its original packaging, ensure the order number is on the shipping label, and send the item to the address provided by us.

  3. Please send us the return tracking number of the goods to Sale@carlightbulb.com.

NOTE:

  1. Before returning an item, customers must contact us to request a return authorization. Returns without return authorization will not be accepted. If the customer has sent back the package without prior approval, sends it to the wrong address, returns the wrong item, or sends an empty package, carlightbulb reserves the right to refuse any compensation.

  2. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

  3. Customers should pay for the return shipping costs and send us the return tracking number by email to Sale@carlightbulb.com after shipping.

  4. The order number is also your RMA number and must be indicated on the shipping label.

  5. For returns due to the right of withdrawal, no flat restocking fee will be charged. However, the customer is liable for any loss in value if the goods have been used, assembled, or damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

  6. For custom-made or personalized products manufactured or designed according to customer specifications, withdrawal or return is excluded unless there is a legal warranty claim. This does not apply to damaged, incorrect, or defective goods.

Return Address:

The exact return address will be communicated by email or in the customer account after the return request has been approved. Please do not send any items back without prior return authorization.

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (like special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchange

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund

If the return is due to a problem on our side (e.g., incorrect product, product quality), we will refund you the full amount.

If the return is due to a buyer's issue (e.g., they did not like/want the item, ordered the wrong product/size), the buyer must bear the shipping costs.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please understand that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. For approved refunds, repayment will be made via the original payment method. In the case of withdrawal or return, the refund may be withheld until we have received the goods back or the customer has provided proof of return shipment.
