Having just bought a Triumph Tiger 1200 GT Explorer I wanted to kit it out. I have a number of tours planned so I treated myself to a Garmin Zuma XT Sat Nav to go with the bike. Now in fairness to Garmin, they did supply a multitude of mounting brackets for the device, but this would have bolting items to handle bars on ball brackets.

I looked into different brackets for mounting the Zuma, but they all seemed extremely big, with large fixings to the windscreen. That’s when I discovered this bracket sold by CarLightBulb. It consisted of a choice of two bars supplied, but I needed the 20mm diameter. It screwed together simply and had machined grooves on it so you had perfect alignment. It only required you removing the existing windscreen adjusting handle and replacing it with the bracket. It’s the perfect size and looks as if it were already part of the bike

Its sturdy and holds my GPS securely, even on rough rides.

This bracket is a game changer for my Tiger 1200! The installation was straightforward, and it looks sleek on the bike.

Have tried various options for satnav bracket. This is a direct replacement for the 12mm windshield handle and provides a good solid base to mount the sat nav. Excellent
